Summer Baking Camp
From lattice topped pies to working with fondant to create beautiful cakes, students will explore the world of baking in a fun and encouraging atmosphere.

Each week will be a mix of new projects and repeat projects giving students the opportunity to practice technique. 
Each day students will make a snack, of course, and they LOVE to take something home to share with you, too. 

4 weeks in June
9am - 11:30am - ages 5-8
12:30 - 3pm - ages 9- 12


 - EXAMPLE SYLLABI- 
Morning - 5-8 year olds

DAY 1 - pie dough - fruit prep - homemade ice cream - lattice work
DAY 2 - bread dough - homemade butter + jam - soft pretzels
DAY 3 - shape and bake bread - cinnamon rolls - royal icing
DAY 4 - naan, tortillas + crackers + homemade dips
DAY 5 - cupcakes wars grande finale! cake decorating day!

Afternoon - 9-12 year olds

DAY 1 - pie dough - fruit prep - homemade ice cream - lattice work + crumble topping and practicing edge crimping
DAY 2 - bread dough - homemade butter + jam - sour dough starters 101
DAY 3 - shape and bake breads - choux pastry + profiteroles
DAY 4 - naan, tortillas + crackers + homemade dips
DAY 5 - 6" cake decorating - from baking to icing work

- if you need to switch camp weeks there is a $25 fee
- camps will be refunded 50% if cancelled 1 month in advance, 25% if cancelled 2 weeks in advance and no refunds 2 weeks before camp is to start. You may transfer your enrollment to another child.
