WINTER BREAK ICING WORKSHOP

SKILLS -
- Making our own BUTTERCREAM for decorating and using piping bags and tips to decorate cupcakes.
- Making ROYAL ICING for decorating sugar cookies using piping bags and tips and “flooding” icing to create beautiful cookies.
- Making GANACHE to add delicious decorations to cupcakes.

Each young baker will create several cupcakes and cookies to take home.
Popcorn and hot cocoa will be provided for snacking and sipping while we work.

$45/ child.
Recommended for kids over age 8.
Nut free class. 

This class will be taught by Cheryl Munoz who’s mother is a Wilton instructor and makes beautiful cakes for her friends and neighbors. Cheryl has been learning from her mom for years and is excited to share her love of decorating with the students at Sugar Beet Schoolhouse.
It will be a fun, playful and relaxed environment. After all - it’s icing!

ALLERGENS -
Baking classes will include - eggs, gluten, dairy and some other possible allergens but SUGAR BEET SCHOOLHOUSE USES NO NUTS/ TREE NUTS.  
Please make us aware of your child’s/ families allergies when you register.

Note:  To ensure quality classes with competitive prices, we limit our enrollment and as such, cannot offer refunds or credit for missed classes nor can missed classes be accumulated and used as credit or payment. You may send another student (your child or a friend’s child) in place of your child, though. Please email cheryl@sugarbeetschoolhouse.org in this instance.
